My problem‑solving philosophy rests on three beliefs:

  • Execution is strategic — the best plan fails without operational rigor and agility.

  • Move fast (enough) — test quickly when the thesis is sound; analysis matters, but so does decisive action. Most doors are two-way doors.

  • It’s not about the nail — when you’re a hammer, everything can look like one. Step back, identify the real constraint, then choose the right tool to solve it. This is my favorite part of consulting.
